Outside business hours, you may send an email to our pharmacovigilance mailbox: pv@greenvalleypharma.com. In the contents please provide “name, contact information and brief event description”. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, patient’s private information and data will only be disclosed to Green Valley's adverse reaction reporting related team. We will timely communicate and follow up with the person who has reported the possible adverse event. The data of the adverse event will be enter into Green Valley's safety database and reported to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
